MINNESOTA -159 " BEST BET "


( 10 UNITS ) I can't believe I found two 10 unit plays on back to back nights. You think the Texas game last night made sense? Wait till you get a load of this one! The Twins have won three straight and 9 of 14. The second thing you need to know is they are 6-1 vs Lefties at home and average 6.05 RPG. They are batting .305 in 21 contests at home and slugging over .460 as a team!!! Get this....they have 7 starters that slugg over.500 in home games! Wait! It get's better. Today's starter Brad Radke has won his last 4 home starts (4-0). In that span of 29.1 Innings he has given up only 1 HR. He's given up only 6 earned runs in those 4 games for an ERA of 1.86! Oh I'm not even close to beeing done. Radke in his last 43.2 Innings of work has only yielded 1 F'en walk people! In his total 63.0 Innings of work he has 36 strikeouts and only 2 walks! That's an 18-1 strikeouts to walks ratio! Most GREAT starters are 3-1. The Brewers you ask? They have lost 3 in a row after giving up 7 runs on 16 hits to the Twins last night! They have lost 6 of 7 on this current road trip. The Brew Crew are 6-10 on the road vs Righthanders and AVG just 3.54 RPG in that span. They hit .241 as a team on the road and only AVG 3.95 runs in 21 road games. As for lefty starter Doug Davis, he's 1-3 in 4 starts on the road. In those same 22.1 Innings of work he's given up 15 earned runs for a 6.33 ERA. Why, because he's yielded 22 hits and 13 walks in that 4 game span! In fact, Davis in a total of 55 Innings this year, he has given up 25 walks! ouch! Yea, -159 is a steal in this won. Good luck, but I dought you'll need it.

Hey Riggs I do not like to wager more than twice or double my usual 1 unit play on anything
But what is our unit size and i.e do you risk 100 to 63 for example on todays Minny game or the opposite risking 163 to win 100

I don't quite understand what you're trying to say. I post what I wager. Today's -159 equates to $1,590.00 to make $1,000.00 I look for value to build my bankroll. Because I know there will be losses, I have to take advantage of value picks like today's Minnesota selection. These don't come along very often, but when they do, I have to pull the trigger. It's not a 10 unit ego thing, it's a value thing. Do you understand? The baseball season is a long one, so I have to make sure I can pay the bills AND stay in the game at the same time.

It's 105 degrees here in Vegas and my air conditioning decides to go out, my kids are fighting and driving me bananas, and my wife just bought a $2,000 refridgerator for the garage. Who the F**K needs a $2,000 fridge for the garage? The old one was fine! To top it off, all my F'en teams are losing and needless to say I'm not in the mood to apologize to all of you! So I guess I'll lock the kids in the new refridgerator and go have some stiff drinks. I'll be back to kiss everyone's A$$ later!

I'm not gonna give all of you the "I don't know what happened but, I'll get em tomorrow" routine. If any of you know how to use my system, you'll know I F**Ked up period! I left the system. It handed me a 4-1 record today with a +$1,400.00 and I let it slip between my fingertips. Instead I got CREATIVE and went 3-4 and lost some $1,400.00 Remember the premise here? Good pitchers vs bad pitchers. Preferably at home.

Well I had Baltimore's Bedard #10 vs Philly's Padilla #186. Because he was at home vs a very inferior pitcher, I should have made it my "BEST BET" 5 unit play instead of 2. Result: (+$200).

exact same thing with Toronto's Halladay #5 at home vs Armas Jr #148. Huge difference in rating, should have been nothing less than a 3 unit play! Result: (+$200)

Next was Florida's A.J. Burnett #24 vs Tampa's Hendrickson #106. Because of my GREED, I didn't want to part with the big -224 juice. So I runlined it and F**Ked it up! Result: (-$210) Florida won 4-3. This should have also been nothing less than 3 units.

Here again, Good pitcher at home, Texas' Young #41 vs a crappy pitcher Astacio #176. Once again, should have been nothing less 3 units. Result: (+$200)

Here's when I really F**ked up.....Good pitcher at home in Minny's Brad Radke #30 vs the Brewers Davis #61. Did you see his rating? 61 people! I put 10 units of my money in hopes a good pitcher will beat a DECENT pitcher. Big mistake! This is a one (1) unit play at best because of the match-up value. But I got cought up in trends and stats like most of do from time to time.

This is what the system was handing me on a silver platter: 4-0-0 +$1,400

I would have put up less had I did it this way, only with a little more risk. I'm showing you all of this NOT because of my crying over spilled milk, but to Illustrate just how simplistic and AWESOME this system is! But how dangerous it can be when THE MIGHTY RIGGS get's in the way and starts messing with it. Shame on me, and sorry if any of you tailed me today. I will NEVER get in the way of this Bullet Train ever again!
