Good! Our products will be cheaper and sell more over seas.
Meanwhile, french wine and canadian bacon will cost more to purchase in the US - we'll buy less and buy more American products.

The average American doesn't care.

Why? Just because we have to pay a little more for imported goods, or buy domestic? Not a big deal.

On the other hand, a low dollar has the benefit of increasing American exports.

I'm not saying that an unstable currency market is good, but it won't affect many Americans that much.
