Washington down 7 and JLocker scores a TD with seconds on the clock....he dives into the endzone, rolls and as he is jumping up he flips the ball up into the air......flag for excessive celebration.....UW now has to kick a 35 yard extra point and it gets blocked....UW loses 28-27....the TyWill curse continues....

They're pretty brain dead, just like the judges and the civil bureaucrats in this state and that includes both WA and OR. The way the rules are written they are not required to think, and so they don't think. It comes natural.
