Does anyone think that that Hulk has ANY TYPE of realistic opportunity to open with a $100mil weekend? Those 12/1 odds look very tempting, and, even if there is only a 10% chance that it opens with 100mil, that would make this wager an overlay. I'm really considering this bracket.

Im having some doubts about 90-100 mill for this one.

On one hand you have the massive hype surrounding it, the comic book fans who will not doubt line up to see it as well as those nostalgic to see how the cgi Hulk will compare to Lou Ferrigno.

On the other side the trailers, while interesting, havent really blown me away. Also, the majority of comments I've seen from those who already saw the "internet leaked version" movie (albeit an unfinished workprint) have not been flattering.

Of course with the current box office atmosphere anything is possible.

Watching the new Hulk online right now. Nothing special 41 minutes in. Looks average at best so far.

The 1st transformation was pretty wild. Kids and audiences are always impressed with great physique. Hulk has that biggger is better thing going for it. The family plot drags a bit, but it looks like it is gonna do well at the box office IMO.

Son of a Gun, I just figured since you figured that there was ZERO chance as you said, and offered me a side bet, that you would be willing to put your money where your mouth was, but, apparently, that's not the case. And, furthermore, it was at 12-1 prior to it being bet down to 5-1. And, I wasn't sure if I was going to take it at 12-1, so, why would I make a side bet with you, on nothing but our word, for less than that?

Again, if you have the cojons to put your money where your mouth is, since you claim that there is no chance (translated, that is ZERO percent), let me know, and, I will make a friendly wager at 19-1 odds (5% odds, in other words).

King Kong meets Beauty and The Beast 2003. I was not impressed. But this Hulk would pound the shit outa the other superheroes. Squash Spiderman like a grape.He would rip Wolverine in 1/2. But he has unbreakable bones. Would be interesting. Hulk -1000 over Wolverine. -5000 over Spidey. These green dude is pretty tough. And can run like a formula 1 car. Fast for a big guy.

Lol. jcambert, you crack me up man. First of all, I never said "there is no chance, zero percent" etc. to begin with. I said "no fukkin way" as a figure of speech jcambert. There is no such thing as a sure thing. How can I be 100% positively sure that Hulk will not make 100 million in three days? No one can claim such thing jcambert. Don't take words like "no fukkin way" too literally jcambert. lol. I still think Hulk will not make 100 million in 3 days and am willing to bet with you, but honestly, I don't have the money to pay in the case that I lost on your "19-1" odds. I don't make my "living" on betting as you claim. I'll tell you what, I'll give you $250 for your $50 if you're willing to take the offer. That is my word. If you reject, I have no problem.

He said "no ****ing way" and offered to make a side bet with me. So, if I could ask you to please stay out of it, this is between me and Son of a Gun, who, incidentally, doesn't have the balls to stand behind his offer.

Why would I take 5-1 odds (which is what you are proposing), on your word, when I could have taken 12-1 odds and DIDN'T with a reputable sports book? I do NOT think that there is a 5-1 shot of this making 100mil this weekend. But, since you apparently felt that there was NO CHANCE and offered to make a side wager, I took you up on it, only for you to back down later.

Most of the people on this board are full of crap, and you are no exception.
