It seems like the Greek processors are always down when I call.....:lol:

I called this morning to make a withdrawl and they said their processors were down. WTF? Anybody else or is it just me..............

I remember back like a month ago they had problems too, but they got them worked out. Any updates on this or is everyone just requesting checks.

Requested a check yesterday morning, 9:30 AM CST, arrived this morning before 9 AM, THAT's service!

That is so great to hear. Looks like I'll request a check this time even though I don't like to do this. I hope they get everything figured out because they have really good customer service and with all these issues it just makes them look bad..

I just recently started playing again with the greek. I have received 2 checks now in the last week. I would prefer other payout methods. Can somebody tell me, as I have not been gambling for over a year, but does the method to "get cash in your hand" seem a little high? Is this comparable across the board with other books?

Actually cheaper. 10 for that and 35 for fedex check

Also just want to give two thumbs up for thegreek and their withdrawls. Last week I had to go the check route(which I didn't want to have to do) and it came the VERY next day 9am! This week I call and the cash in hand way is working! I love the greek. The best customer service IMO.
