The bottom line is that it's completely unconstitutional and a complete trampling of freedom to spy on whoever they want without a warrant. And the fact that it's now law that the US gov't can detain and hold anyone they choose for as long as they want for any reason means that this country is only a free country to naive people like you that close their eyes to reality and live in dreamland. Where in the constitution does it say anything about the govt listening to cell phones or reading your email? The world has changed. Technology has improved. With great access to information comes great danger and responsibility. If you don't want the government to access your facebook, email, and cell phones, don't use them. It'll be just like the 80's for you, no less privacy for you, and better national intelligence and security for everyone.

My only problem is that the government is pretending that they DON'T do this. Let people know, if you are planning some evil shit, we're going to find you by any means available and bring you to justice.
