There was a water main burst, record low temperatures in November (which caused use of bad weather days they had set aside), and horrible weather all winter. Now the mayor won't let them extend construction hours to get it done on time. What are they supposed to do?

About 12-15 years ago i started collecting baseball caps so i wear caps of teams i dont even pull for .... but i have 2 cardinal hats and one of them fits just perfect and i wear it for comfort , not cause i'm a fanboy.

lol ... i wore a cal-irvine anteater shirt one time and a lady asked me what a cal-irvine anteater was. I said it's a college basketball team , she then asked if i played , i said no , i just wear the shirt.
