1. Texas
2. Alabama
3. Florida
4. Oklahoma
5. Georgia
6. USC
7. Texas Tech
8. Oklahoma State

Missouri would probably beat them too.

Utah, Boise State, Ball State, and Tulsa would have a good chance as well.

I probably agree with all except for Texas Tech. Texas Tech has still not beaten a good team (I do not think Kansas is that good). The rest, you're probably right. I think Oklahoma State is vastly underrated. I think they are better than most on that list.

PSU will have played one or two teams max who are still ranked at year-end. Neither of these two potential teams (OSU or MSU) will be ranked in the top 15 at year-end.

Penn State's OOC opponents included the mighty Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, Syracuse, Temple, and Oregon State.

Not to mention all the down teams this year in the Big-10 (and PSU played all of them)... Michigan, Wisconsin, Purdue, Illinois, and Iowa. OSU is a mere shadow of themselves as well.

And the two teams that are 'up' in conference, Northwestern and Minnesota, PSU doesn't play either.

couldn't agree more. P-State is a fraud. What a joke. P-State didn't win, Ohio State lost.

If your going to complain about schedule don't forget to mention that Texas is the only team on your list that has beaten more than 1 currently ranked team this year. Alabama's schedule is close to as much of a joke as PSU's is. Don't think that because they are in the SEC that they have a brutal scheduale cause they have played 1 ranked team so far this year. And they don't have to play Florida.

Obviously some bias here. I can take you seriously by listing Texas, Oklahoma and a few others but you lose all credability by saying Ball State could beat Penn State.

Hippiekiller,

Love your name, but you must be smoking crack. PSU has the best skill players in the Big 10. Speed kills and State is loaded with it.

They are no fraud and will run the rest of the table. We'll have to make a gentleman's wager when they are in the BCS.

Penn St. is clearly one of the top teams this year but I still think they loose at Iowa.

Texas, Florida, and Oklahoma are the only teams I would put above Penn St.

Penn State would lose to all of those teams. I'd even add a few more to that list. They needed an Ohio State blunder to win as they did jackshit against them outside of that.

yeah except hold the home team to 2 feild goals:ohno:

Yeah & need a stupid turnover to get the game winning points. The so called speed & Spread-HD offense mustered up how many points before that huge mistake? Oh yes, 3!

it was a classic big ten game, all defense and mainly field goals, they were on the road against a tough squad they eeked out a win, something they havent done there since jimmy carter was president and a cover too boot... what do you want from em?

Well your probably right about Penn State losing to most of them but guess what they will only have to play one of those teams for the national championship game and give Paterno time to prepare and as a underdog most likely.Probably his last game as head coach I will take my chances on the Nittany Lions.

are you retarded? Bama beat two teams, away from home, that were ranked in the top 10 the week they played. One of those teams, Clemson, have folded but the other, Georgia, just put up 50+ on LSU! jackass

It will be hilarious when the #1 team in the BCS (assuming Texas and Bama trip up along the way) comes up as an underdog in the national championship game to a myriad of potential teams.

Penn State is about even w/ Ohio State, and we know how far that level is behind the elite video game teams.

Awful "would-be" lines. PSU is the value in every one of them except for the USC game.
