The NFL wants a Ravens - Steelers match up for the division…NO DK NO TJ…Garrett will have 3 sacks!…Shadeur outshines Rodgers!…
On second thought the Ravens are done, this was their shining moment!…there is no way that Tomlin lets the Steelers lose this game to a division “rival” with a playoff spot on the line!…I would love to see my Browns win, not happening despite my attempt to jinx it!

If the Browns win 100 posters here will say it’s fixed that the NFL wanted a Steeler - Raven game to decide the Division :lmao:

A fix implies someone profiting from the "fixed game" Who is being payed off(money in their pockets) and who is paying it.
How much do you think it is worth $$$$ Who insitigated this illegal activity?
Just some questions that need answering before I can agree with you.

The officials will being throwing flags all day...the majority will favor the Browns.

This is the modern day NFL. The Steelers Ravens matchup will be the most watch game of week, as well as the most bet.

The story lines will be grandiose. The hype will be immense. This is mad $$$ for the NFL.

I like it pigskinpete...if we're wrong so be it but no way I can put money on Pitt today.

Throw in the division rivalry angle and the improved play of Shadeur...give me the points.

We are all smarter than this. Most of these players are playing for a contract. They have some pride. They aren't fixing anything

Browns blew their load vs the Bills but Steelers are nothing special and its not necessarily easy to win back to back road games. My guess 60% chance Steelers win but not interested in the game

They make more off their partnerships the league has with DraftKings etc. you are not an agent and haven’t seen their contracts.

Some people will just never understand -

Draft Kings, MGM, Fan Duel - bigger sponsors than Bud and Miller now.

The NFL is still designated an "entertainment entity."

Ya know, like wrestling.

It was a half drunken attempt at RX Parody on a Saturday night!…I don’t really like the game either way and anyone who watched Justin Herbert put his life on the line playing behind that offensive line would be hard pressed to say that the games are fixed!…influenced by officials at times, okay maybe?…the Steelers are beat up and don’t have Metcalf or Austin and the Browns typically play them tough at home…all that being said, I just can’t throw money behind Sanders just yet!

One of the reason you see what you do is the disparity in talent for teams is closer than ever and with the offensive minded rules there are more penalties. Also, its easier to move the ball now with those rules so when a team gets up and plays tentatively there are more close games. People link that to 'fixed'. There have been recent things especially in basketball where individual players bet on their stats which could link to outcomes so there is always gonna be an element of shady especially in college but yeah.

That “entertainment” myth is nonsense.

If the feds could prove a fixed game NFL perpetrators would go to jail.

I don't believe that. Just look and nba finals last year. Do you think the second biggest league wanted Pacers vs Thunder?

100% wrong

Look up the legal filing of the National Football League, it i 100% registered as SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT, the same as WRESTLING. The reason why they go after fixed games involving the NCAA is because it is legally registered as a SPORT which is 100% a federal crime to get caught fixing.
