they held onto the lifeblood of their party, they won the living in poverty demographic 59-39

although they have to be concerned about their winning margin in their high school drop out demographic, a plurality of only 10

and African Americans actually split they vote yesterday, 89-10. That must disturb them too. 10% of them are damn uncle Tom's? If that trend continues, they're fucked

"The American people dramatically repudiated the policies of President Obama, Senator Reid, and Leader Pelosi. It was also a dramatic affirmation of the policies our GOP candidates campaigned on: controlling spending, balancing the budget, repealing Obamacare, unleashing American energy, and boosting wages through pro-worker reforms"

"Republicans in the House and Senate campaigned against the Obama-Senate immigration bill and on the pledge to block President Obama's unlawful executive amnesty. The immediate emergency facing our new majority will be fighting the President's disastrous planned actions, and we will have not only a Constitutional mandate but also a popular mandate to do so.

"The last six years of the Obama-Reid majority have been a government of the elites for the elites. Our new GOP Senators will lead the way in returning government to the loyal citizens who sent us here."

-- Senator Jeff Sessions

No he won't. That would be political suicide for the Republicans.

Not impeaching him if he tries to bring in 10 million illegal aliens would be suicide for America.

Listen pal, did you see the exit polls from last night? Do some research before you start making claims. You are sounding like harry reid

The nationwide defeat limits Obama’s powers both legislatively and figuratively, and the president’s only recourse in his final two years will be to veto Republican-passed legislation and issue the kinds of executive orders that Republicans said they’d prevent if elected, including amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants.
Today it appeared he will press ahead with the highly-controversial immigration reforms.

The Keystone bill still would need Obama’s signature to become law. Hoeven said that will be a test to see whether Obama is willing to work with the new Congress.
If Obama vetoes the bill, Republicans then would seek to attach it to must-pass legislation on other energy or appropriations issues.

Yesterday's exit polls aren't representative of the entire nation. Democrats lost because the minority vote and the youth vote didn't show up. The real question is why they showed up in 2012. Did they show up only because of Obama, or did they show up because they truly buy into the Democrat message? 2016 will surely answer that question. I will, however, guarantee you that the youth and minority votes will show up if Republicans push that impeachment crap.

They showed up because they were unemployed.

Except the President does not have the authority to grant citizenship to whoever he feels like. If he starts trying to throw executive orders around in an attempt to do it, that might just be grounds for impeachment...no matter how much dims try to make it about race.

Btw, if you want a great laugh, check out the comments from this DUmmies thread:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10025760884

You'll see dims exposing the twisted logic from their souls first hand. They genuinely can't understand why they lost, and some are even calling for a revolution.

How dare Americans prefer to look out for themselves instead of letting government do it for us?!?
