It's rigged. If it's on TV and you can bet on it, there will be corruption. Someone already knows the outcome of the SB with 100% certainty. I doubt anyone here is privy to that information though.
Thats nonsense. I agree the refs can have impact. I never say nothing is fixed but if the refs are rigging it the question becomes is it for their betting purposes, someone they work for or is the NFL league(specifically who) doing the fix. And when asked about how certain games can be fixed with some of the ending like NE/Seattle no one gives real answers.

If you are talking betting the best way would be to hire a ref crew for a year and get them to slightly skew calls on your favor to more likely get a fix not guarantee one. Of course how much woulds you have to pay them to do this and shut your mouth all while betting these games but not too much to not draw attention. Could you make a profit? Maybe. A straught fix would also likely be huge amounts of money bet ansd always wins. A straight paid off fix seems a bit silly considering how close most of these SB are. You could actually make more of a case it happened it the 70s-80s more than now.

If anything I think much of it is eyes on big games. Refs not wanting to call penalties in clutch moments and good teams either don't make penalties or cause others to panic and make them so they become more noticeable.

It's not nonsense. Everything on tv is make believe.

TV Networks aren't paying billions of dollars for 9-3 type NFL games. Why do you think the NFL changed the rules so the scoring went up? Players and coaches both point shave at times. These games are strictly entertainment. It's not a true football game. The entire sport was invented to bet on by mobsters. Those same families are still tied to the game.

I don't care if you or anyone think these games are real. I don't. The NFL will step in and decide a game if it's in their best interest. We aren't talking about rogue refs here making personal bets. You and everyone else here has seen it happen for decades. It's up to you to decide if you want to turn a blind eye.

Thanks SaintsFan - so if it’s rigged, isn’t it a safe assumption that’s it’s rigged in favor of KC? It has to be them, right?

Let’s all load up on KC!!!

I’m serious - if we know that the game is rigged, I want to bet big and profit. That’s why I’m asking.
Do you know which side it’s rigged on? No you don’t. So stop being stupid. It’s a rigged system. But we’re not in on it. But hey! It’s entertaining til it’s not. Last yr? The SB was literally the only game I watched. This yr? The SB will be the only game I watch. And likely won’t watch it all and I never watch halftime

No. It’s rigged for monetary value. 9/10? Eagles win. Cause since 1991, Vegas has gone 29-2 in SBs. Vegas DOESNT lose! You walk into a barber shop enough times? You’re going to get a haircut. You walk into a Casino enough times? You’re going to gamble. You gamble enough times? You’re going to lose. Because house ALWAYS has the advantage

I’m not being stupid - just trying to understand what you are all saying - so it’s rigged, and we only know who it’s rigged for after the game, not before. Got it.

By the way, I was in Vegas in 1997 when Denver beat Green Bay, I was on Denver, and Vegas and the books lost big, so they don’t always win.

You are being stupid if you believe anyone with inside information is going to come post it on this forum.

There's only been one instance of this happening and it was a NCAAF game. Not NFL. Are you going to assume that there was only ONE fixed NCAAF game?

I’m not assuming anything, I never said that - I’m just trying to understand all that’s been posted here - but I am just stupid, right? You are the smart guy that knows how it all works. Sorry I ever asked.

No I don't know how it all works because I'm not in the meetings with Goodell and the officials, owners, tv networks etc. Something is going on. We aren't even watching football anymore. Glorified flag football.

You are looking for a 100% guarantee. You missed your biggest opportunity in November with Trump when he was - 150.

Actually it was SB in 2005 and 2008 where books lost. So I ask you, how do you know books lost in 97? You counted all the money taken in? I didn’t think so…so just as you don’t want to believe me when I say it’s a fixed system with Vegas? I don’t need to believe you know Vegas lost in 97.

here’s the arriv on Vegas 29-2 since 91 on SBs:

I tell you what? Just bet on KC. It’s that easy. Eagles don’t have a shot against a team the refs have carried all yr long….

The NFL has ONE chance to have KC 3 peat, and make Mahomes the GOAT, replacing Brady.

It is tomorrow.

Will the refs cheat with holding calls in their favor, again, when it matters the most?

ONE chance.

Tomorrow.

Question is? Do they need it?

I believe everything I see on TV. The moon landing, the coronavirus, Boxing, professional wrestling, the 2020 election, Bill Clinton not having sex with that woman, Iraqis pulling babies out of incubators . . .

Are you telling me those things are fake?

The NFL has too much to lose by rigging it. it's a gigantic cash cow, and there are too many people that could reveal the "conspiracy." There would be evidence of communication between the conspirators, and statistically it would be nearly impossible to keep it under wraps. Refs ARE influenced by crowds and the flow of the game, but it is more a factor of the human condition to BE influenced by what's going on in the game.

The Chiefs have gotten some favorable calls in their 2 playoff games in Arrowhead, but it seems like many teams in sports get a few homer calls now and then. The refs get downgraded for those poor calls, and are not selected, usually, for the playoff and SB games. My 2 cents...

Too much to lose? When did wrestling let out it was scripted? And how popular is WWE right now? Its fans didn’t vanish did they? It’s ENTERTAINMENT. THATS IT! Pure and simple. Get that in your head and you’ll be fine.
