Holding Ramadan festivals in the WH is an acknowledgement of your Muslim community. If he's going to parade Christianity around, he's got to give due diligence to other faiths. I know you would like to see all the Mosques closed down, and you probably think your god is the only god, but there are 1.5 million Americans who would definitely disagree with you. And, like it or not, they are taxpaying, voting citizens who deserves the same recognition in the capital as Christians. Further, just because Muslims don't think Jesus is the son of god is not irrefutable proof that theirs is an unpeaceful religion. Surely you can find a better example than that??? Or do you think Buddhists, Taoists, Jews, Hindus, etc. are all unpeaceful people, too?

I tend to agree with you, though I think he has a very distorted view of Christ's teachings. I daresay that a good chunk of American Christians have a distorted view of the bible; the New Testament at least.

Didn't Jesus say something like: "Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's. Render unto God what is God's"? Something like that? Oh, and then there was that whole "which among you has not sinned, cast the first stone."

It seems to me, if Jesus were here, he would side with the persecuted, not the persecutors. That would include gays, my friend.

The only version I found that supported your anti-homo rant is in a King James Version of the bible, which is widely denounced as being segregationist and used to justify some of the most ridiculous forms of modern persecution.
