I agree w/ you guys (TonyMar and 5star) that both teams have too much BS going on non-baseball related.

But Ozzie Guillen has and will always have something that no Cubs manager has had for the last 98 years. I don't even have to say it.

Seeing as how the Cotts for Aardsma deal worked out so great...lol

Zambrano and Jones to the Sox for Dye...

The BigZ would get along great with Guillen.

I honestly would like to see the Sox let Buehrle go and go after Zambrano. As crazy as that sounds, I think Sox pitching coach Don Cooper can get him straightened out again and Ozzie would calm him down a bit and take the attention off of Zambrano and put it on himself as he has down the last 3 years (the method to his madness that not a lot of people realize).

I'd love to have Buehrle AND Zambrano, but nobody can deny that Zambrano is the better choice.

I really do not see how the Cubs would resign him now...not after he embarrassed the organization like that...then again, its the Cubs...and they did not suspend him...so cannot put it by 'em continuing the stupidity and throwing a huge deal his way...

He seems to like Chicago...I think they need to trade him...both clubs have some big name '08 FA's...might as well deal again.

Would be good for the Sox...like you said...Cooper could get him fixed...and it would be good for the Cubs...because it would clear the air in that mess of a clubhouse.

And for you guys, w/ Zambrano, Wood, and Prior out of the way in 2008, go after some big name FA starting pitchers (I can't think of many, but I think there will be a few?) including Mark Buehrle. Add them to Lily, Hill, and Marquis, and who knows. You guys also need a respectable leadoff man and a closer. I have an idea of the best leadoff man for you guys... he plays for Seattle and his name is Ichiro Suzuki lol. Wait a minute, he'd fit well on the southside as well.....

There's nothing loveable about losing, and nothing worse than a die hard cubs fan--talk about delusional
