I haven't posted my picks here so far this season but thought I would start just in case anyone wants to see them. I am 19-19 so far this season. Been lots of surprises and upsets so far this year and it has been very hard to cap games. Hopefully things start to turn around. Follow or fade, up to you.

These are games I am looking at but none are plays right now. I will post my final plays later on.

Ga Tech -13.5
Duke has been surprising everyone but this will be their 1st road game and this is the best team they will have faced yet. I dont think Duke will handle Tech's new option attack.

BC/NC State under 42.5

Wis/Ohio State under 44

Colorado +12
Not sure about this one. Considering it just because COL really gets up for these games at home against big teams as evidenced last season with their win over Oklahoma.

Army/Tulane under 42
Both have very good defenses and both like to run the ball a lot. Should be a low scoring affair.

So Miss -7.5
UTEP is just terrible. So Miss should be able to wipe the floor with them.

UNLV +2
Playing a lot better this year and are finally stabilized at QB. I think they can pull this one out.

New Mex -11.5
Wyoming is horrible and cant even win at home much less on the road. This game is really important for NM.

Kentucky +14.5
Bama is all the rage right now but they might have a natural letdown after last weeks bloodletting of Georgia which was a huge game for them. Kentucky so far has surprised everyone and their D is pretty good.

Auburn -3.5
No one has much luck scoring on this great D and Vandy is not going undefeated. They have to lose sometime and AUB could be just the team to hand them their 1st loss.

Nevada -24
They are playing Idaho. Need I say more?

Iowa +6.5
Very similar teams going against each other here. Mich St and Iowa both like to run the ball. Mich St has the best RB in the Big 10 and Iowa has the 2nd best. I think Iowa's D is just a little bit better and they will keep this close.

Not me, I've bet them in every game thus far.. Nonetheless this will be the first game this season where I will NOT be betting them.

Lean GT in this one, GTs defensive line is waaaay better than anything Duke has seen this season. Thaddeus Lewis likely won't have the time to pass and that could turn into mistakes and mistakes on the road are usually disastrous.. GT offense is actually potent this season for a change, they're a dangerous team..

GL with your plays.

Just thought I would add some quick writeups to my picks.

Iowa +7

Mich St is a very one-dimensional offensive team. Javon Ringer tossed in with some more Javon Ringer and a little more Javon Ringer on the side. They are not adept at passing at all. Iowas great D that has been holding teams to 100 rushing yards per game will key in on Ringer and make things very difficult for Mich St. The problem is that Iowa is pretty much the same type of team offensively. They like to run, run run and that is pretty much it. I expect this game to be a grind it out, smash mouth, low-scoring game. In the end I think the score will be very close so I will take the plus points.

Ga Tech -13.5

I think the line is a bit high but I believe Ga Tech will be able to just cover this number. Duke has been a really big surprise and they are turning things around under their new coach. However, they havent faced a D as tough as Tech's yet and they haven't had to defend an offense as varied as Tech's option which they are getting better and better at each week. Tech is coming off a bye week that game them extra time to prepare which is always beneficial to a team. On the Tech side, rover Morgan Burnett and the nation’s eighth-ranked pass efficiency defense will frustrate Lewis and top receiver Eron Riley.

So Miss -7.5

They are facing UTEP. There isnt much more reason you need to take this one. So Miss is coming off a bye week too which is good for them like I said before. UTEP's D is horrid and has given up 14 TD passes this year already. With an extra week to prepare for this, Coach Fedora will come up with a good plan to exploit that.

UNLV +2

This is a team on the rise. UNLV proved it can handle a tough road game by going to AZ State and winning. They were blasted last week by their biggest rival Nevada so they should go into this game with a chip on their shoulder looking to win. Col St has no pass rush to speak of so UNLV's QB Clayton, who is the first solid one they have had in a long time, will have time to pick them apart with his good corp of receivers. Plus UNLV can pound the ball with Frank Summers, "The Tank."

New Mex -11.5

They have Wyoming coming to town. Wyoming used to be a very good home team but this season they aren't even winning at home which attests to how bad they really are. New Mex beat Arizona already this season so they can be a good team when they want to be. Wyoming has no offense. They havent scored more than 16 points in any of their last 4 games and they have the nations least efficient passing. Wyoming is just too terrible to compete on the road against this New Mex team.

I just got reamed on that UNLV game. They wouldnt have covered anyway but I had them +8 on a teaser too. Like 10 seconds left in the game, Col St went up 7 points. So they kick off to UNLV, the UNLV guy fumbles the ball, Col St gets the ball and they lateral the ball like 5 times and score another TD!!!!!! Can you believe that shit?
