Watched "American Casino" on the Discovery Channel. Filmed at Green Valley Ranch. The V.P. is a little spastic guy and this female hotel manager is one HOT chick!!! The V.P. was actually talking about firing her. She did go home to "let my dogs out" which is bad, especially when VIP guests are arriving. She made up for it, and believe me you want to watch this show for her alone. Never realized how much security did at these casinos as far as fights. (I know they are there to protect the $$$) but they broke up about 4 fights in one friggin day and called the local PD about 3 times!!! The bar needed to cut some of these idiots off earlier.
This has the makings of a good show. I'm not sure it will be able to keep a network channel's audience interested for a whole season, though. My feeling is it's success will depend on how good the first one or two shows are. It doesn't seem to have much to compete with programming-wise (i.e., mostly re-runs on other networks) so it has a shot.
I'll be watching this as well , thanks for the heads up as i had forgotten it started tonight. Also watched "American Casino" on the discovery channel and thought it was pretty good show,nice behind the scene's type stuff. Yeah the female Hotel Manager is kinda Hot
, so i'll check it out again.
