NOOO im not talking about pumping iron,, thats fine and all,, but im 46,, i want to be toned, and just not flabby,, I was 245 2 weeks ago,, Im 230 now

i go to my gym 3-4 times each week so far,, and i do 15-20 mins of cardio,, but the trick,,

THE TRICK

lol

is to EAT EVERY 1-2 HOURS!!!!!

yep its that easy,,,, i guess im on kindof an adkins hybrid,,, i bought 2lbs of turkey from the deli, and 2 lbs of roast beef,, (the highest quality you can get) and every hour or 2 i just eat a slice,, then at night when i come home,, sometimes i will eat a meal,, with my wife,, normal shit,, spaghetti, or porkchops and mashed potatoes,,

the REAL bodybuilder diet, also sets their alarm to awaken at night every 2 or so hours, and eat 2 ounces of chicken, lol,, fuk that,,, anyway,,

i guess what im saying,, is,, its not really an adkins, im jsut keeping my metabolism on nuclear,, its kindof fuinny, how my body now has adjusted to it hahah,,, in an hr or 2, my stomak growels,,, hahahha,,, WTF,,

im suprised more diets dont incorporate this in their methodology??

i want to be 220 by sept 10th,,

wow, 15 lbs in 2 weeks? that's great man. I have lost 13 in about 7 weeks or so. I have been trying to eat less, more often also. It does help. Keep up the great work man.

Honestly meal timing has been proven a myth but apparently you are eating different or working out more since you started this because it has nothing to do with eating 12 times a day

I get all confused trying to figure out what to eat. I've completely given up soda, which is starting to do wonders for me after being completely addicted for 20+ years. I've started taking Vitamin B12 and B6, which makes me hungry, so I assume it's speeding up my metabolism, because I never ever get hungry. Now when it comes to diet, there is so much noise, I don't know who to believe. I've got people telling me I need to juice for 60 days, I've got others telling me to eat no carbs, others saying do Weight Watchers. Then I've got people saying juicing is horrible, Adkins is horrible, and Weight Watchers is horrible.

I don't agree. I think there is a benefit to eating smaller meals more often over bigger meals less often

Chop, I'm laughing...ask a scientist? My neighbor to the left is a drug dealer and to the right is an attorney....where am I going to find a scientist?

its scientifically proven to be a myth. Only people who will tell you otherwise are broscientist .

Thats just one story I could past a thousand more if I need to.

that's fine, but they are not taking into consideration certain things...like if I eat less often I end up eating anything and everything because I am so hungry...that article you linked says as long as you eat the same calories doesn't matter when it is and I get it, but I think certain methods, such as eating more/less often helps some people control certain things....make any sense?

It covers that

in reality the only actual benefit to eating this many times a day is to supress someone’s hunger.

Hahaha. Chop... yes.. I just read on Web md. The multiple meal thing essentially doesn't work.. but what it did say is.. when u graze.. typically u end up eating 25% less calories anyway..

So that MUST be it.. the reason I'm losing.. just sticking with mostly proteins.. and essentially eating less junk

Well that's a side effect.
The actual eating 6 , 8 , or 10 times a day won't in itself help you lose weight just because you eat that many times.

But if eating that many times helps you consume less calories in a 24 hr period then eating 3 times a day then of course you will lose weight.

But you would have lost the weight based on the calorie deficit not on the fact you are 10 times a day
