General, if possible you almost have too much integrity, always let the last guy to leave a job take the hit for all the mistakes. It's the American way, LOL. I still get asked about bannings and a lot of times even though I probably was behind them I can't even recall what prompted that person to get banned. My memory is as short as other things attached to my body. I usually admit to them as that seems easier than trying to rehash it all again or throwing the blame on someone else. Besides if I was the head mod then I really am responsible, no two ways about it. I appreciate it though, almost ashamed that others can't get to know General like us who have worked with him.
