Im not here to tout any site(s) but the fact is we all like free stuff especially money. I have made the rounds and have tried many online poker sites and have discovered most of them either have lousy or no freeroll tournaments.

Below I have compiled my list of the best. Im sure you will recognize some of them, however, if you know of a site that I missed please post it.

Without a doubt, Prima Poker Network has the best freerolls. I beleive they have 3 or 4 $1000 tournaments a day and some dont require action points or bonus crap to be eligible. This is a list of their sites.

Aztec Riches Poker
Thunderluck Poker
Poker Metro
bet365poker
Grand Bay Poker
Golden Tiger Poker
Colosseum Poker
Piggs Peak Poker
Spin Palace Poker
Roxy Poker
Lucky Nugget Poker
BetonUSA Poker
Royal Vegas Poker
Crazy Vegas Poker
Golden Riviera Poker
NordicBet.com Poker
7 Sultans Poker
Captain Cook`s Poker
Virtual City Poker
Expekt.com Poker
River Belle Poker
Trident Poker
Big Dollar Poker
Wild Jack Poker
Gaming Club Poker
32Red Poker

I play at Golden Tiger from this list.
Poker Room is another place I play with 2 $750 freerolls daily at 9:00 and 4:00 EST.
Ultimate Bet has several rolls a day and the site is pretty decent.
Emerald Poker and The Platinum Poker Club are new but have many freerolls but for not much money.
And finally, Poker Stars has freerolls but most are qualifiers and the field usually has at least 4000 players.

I have put my computer through the ringer the past couple months by downloading and uninstalling many poker software packages but im sure I have missed some so again, please let me know your picks.

See you at the tables.

This new site I mentioned above Emerald Poker has freerolls on Saturdays and Sundays with no entry fee.

Every hour they start a $10 freeroll with a maximum 100 players (Saturday)

On Sunday, every 4 hours they start $150 freerolls with a maximum of 450 players.

Its all free with no entry fee and no requirements. Cant go wrong here and like Rob said, great way to improve your skills at no cost. This is their URL:

how about payouts from that list? i tried to sign up at bet365 and they accused me of multiple accounts and wouldnt let me register. but most of the sites on that list ive seen on various forums being accused of slow pay or no pay...im assuming they are all using clone software from that prima poker place but does prima use a seperate 3rd party processor? i've just heard to many bad things about places like aztec, 7 sultans, cap cook, etc to trust them with any money.....

if youre in one free roll at a prima, youre in them all. you cant even bring up 2 prima clients at the same time even if they are different places.

Frankly, I dont trust any of them but Royal Vegas, Golden Tiger and the Gaming Club are the bigger ones.

Steiner, let me tell you about Captain Crooks....I mean Cooks.

A month ago I made a $50 deposit through Neteller with them. I built it up to $1500 but lose a thousand on some bad calls in a no-limit game so im left with $500 and decide to withdraw before I lose everything. They put the $500 in a hold for 24 hours in case you change your mind and decide to play with it. I dont take the option and 24 hours pass and the money is gone to what I believe is back to my neteller account. Wrong, instead a week passes and no money is in my account. They dont have a support phone number so I e-mail them asking the whereabouts for the cash. They tell me they need confirmation that its me making the request and I need to fax them utility bills, drivers licenses etc...

I have heard alot of places do this including many sportsbooks. They say they need this information to prevent fraud but my question is why? They took my money from the neteller account, so why cant they put the money back in the same account? I dont get it, can someone explain this to me.

Anyway, after 1 month, 30 e-mails and 2 faxes, I received my $500 in my account. Very frustating and it makes me wonder if its worth it.

exactly my point...they put you thru hell to get a payout. the sportsbooks who advertise here don't play that crap . when bet365 sent me to that same list of casinos to see if i had an account with one of them which was causing me to be rejected i said no way...i asked if bet365 was responsible for my money or this prima poker? when they said prima and i saw this list of casinos i bailed out quick.
ive been paid by party poker, intertops, paradisepoker, wsex and worldpoker all within 48 hours...i dont think these outlaw places are what the members here look for in a poker room...i.d. for neteller? common delay tactic of a scam casino..stay with the proven ones guys.

the thing that sucks about prima free rolls is within an hour 15 you are already at 1000/2000 that is way way to fast IMO. the blinds go up every 6 minutes. it forces you to take a shot on some hands you normally wouldnt.

prima's are the best. The escalating blinds seem pretty reasonable for a freeroll. If you pick up a big hand early, limp in, because someone's bound to push 'em all in behind you

. Had a first and a third one week back when I was playing a couple of months ago. I played at Royal Vegas and Trident - but yes, all the freerolls are one and the same tournament, no matter which site you're playing from.

primas daily 1k free roll allows up to 10,000 players (they started this a week ago). they had 6000 players the other day. .i finished 24th in one of them beating out 5940 other players and got 7 bucks (sigh)

however i took the 7 bucks and headed to the .05/.10 fixed limit table and got in my 250 raked hands to qualify for their monthly $30k free roll tommorow (yea!!)

also royal vegas (another prima site) has a $100,000 free roll coming up in december i think that has some sort of raked hand requirement

Anybody know which of these non-qualifying freerolls have higher prizes relative to number of people in the tournament? I mean like do any have an expected value of 25 cents or more (for instance $100 to the winner and typically about 400 entrants)? Thanks

buffalo if you want to play for a big prize in a free roll but you want a smaller field try PokerRoom.com or something like that i may have the url wrong but thats the name. ive been doing this one lately i like it a lot. they have 2 a day 500$ pool only allow 1800 players. it fills up in 5 minutes though so be there the second they start registration. the software is pretty good too.

i only play in 1-2 free rolls a day now. im good enough where i am usually playing an hour or more in each one. i do the prima one at 11est then the poker room one at 4.

the prima one with the gigantic blind increases is the 7est one 200 pool piece of crap. the 11am one is more normal.

also, prima switched their weekly 100,000 tournament to a freezeout style with 3000 starting chips. which is freakn great, i dont think there is any better tournament going that this. before they had rebuys which i think was not a good thing for the serious player.

RobFunk - I have an account at bet365.com. Is that one of the prima sites you were talking about? Would I be able to join pokerroom.com?

Thanks
