Don't fool yourself into thinking that those sandwiches at Panera are somehow healthy. I used to eat lunches there until I looked at their nutrition information. The shit they serve there is just as bad as the worst fast food joints, but they make the Panera experience so hearty and wholesome one doesn't realize what they're ingesting.
