you sir are a moron. this is a conversation about UT and OU, not texas tech.

UT beat OU, UT should move on, period.

It is quotes like this that makes Texas fans sound like Crybabies.
There was a 3 way tie. but Texas thinks it was a 2 way tie.

1. 3 way tie---- so head to head competition is out. (why can't Texas fans understand this).
2. If Texas fans want to toss out the Texas Tech loss because Texas Tech sucks, than that just shows that Texas can't beat a crappy team.
3. OOC scheduled wasn't even close, with OU blowing away the 2 other teams.

4. It is not a 2 way tie. I repeat it is not a 2 way tie. I repeat it is not a 2 way tie.

But if it were Texas, TT would have the exact same arguement Texas is making now.

Why do you continually act like it was a 2 way tie instead of a 3 way tie?

Do you know who Blake Gideon is?

I bet even you could catch a football if I tossed it to your midsection underhanded from 5 feet away.

Do you wanna play the "woulda, coulda, shoulda" game? How about the two phantom unecessary roughness penalties on 3rd down that sustain two Texas drives? How about the bullshit roughing the penalty call? It's funny how you ignore things that negates your point.

Judgment calls by referees rank nowhere near the level of dropping the easiest ball you'll ever see, especially at that most crucial point in the game. Bottom line, if Blake Gideon catches that gimme INT, the game is over and Texas is undefeated, period.

Whereas penalities which *you personally felt* were 'unfair' because you're a blind OU homer don't compare. Especially since OU still could've stopped Texas on each of those drives after the penalty calls. Thus your point is completely invalid. The dropped pick would've ended the game. The penalities, at best, extended drives in which OU could've still stopped Texas. Apples and oranges.

So Texas had no chance to then stop Texas Tech after they dropped the interception???

Blake Giddeon? I wonder if he is related to those people that put all those Bibles in the hotel/motel rooms?

The point is, 99.9% of the time Texas would've never had to even defend the next play. Dropping a ball like that is a once in a lifetime event. To try and compare judgment calls by referees, which happen around 20 times per game in football, to a once in a lifetime drop like Blake Gideon's is laughable.

Cognitive dissonance at it's finest. You really have to contort logic to make your point. Reminds of debating a creationist.
