Privately owned property that derive their entire revenue from posters who are rewarded only minimally for their contribution. The posters bring the traffic and the traffic brings the ad revenue.
Good business policy dictates exceptional service to the customer. Who is the customer here?
The posters are, and should be catered to as such. Although they don't pay the site directly, the pay the advertisers who then pay the site. No posters = no revenue for the advertisers = no more reason to buy advertisements.
