He is the best coach to EVER coach a game. Allthough it pisses me off he left Stlouis.

I think Vermeil is the best coach in the game, maybe 2nd to Parcells - tough to choose.

He reminds me of a realistic Marv Levy without all the silly quotes.

Great coach and all but Mike Patrick was licking his nuts.

what ESPN announcers say? They are good for comedy and not much else. I do listen to some of their anylists, like Peter Gammons, Sean Salisbury, Dennis Green and a few others. Boomer and his crew are funny, but cluless when it comes to useful information you can gamble with.

agree..scorpion...both vermeil and parcells have a common trait...they can consistently build a team and have the program/recipe for doing so...hell, if vermeil or parcells left and coached the houston texans, they would be in the playoffs in 2 years imho...

Wil,
The pathetic excuse of a coach called Gregg Williams has 3 G's (GGG). Please, be respectful while paying your last respects to this moronic bum.

Wil,
Did you know that Tom Donahoe selected GreGG Williams over three other interviewees, namely John Fox, Marvin Lewis and Ted Cottrell, the Bills' then-defensive coordinator.

Boy I am glad we didnt' get that Fox guy. I might have to worry myself about silly things like playoff tickets

You know what they say about January in Buffalo? It gets extremely cold at Rich Stadium. Probably for the best not to expose yourself to such uncomfortable and dangerous elements.

If Williams loses the Bills home game on Nov. 16th against the Houston Texans, he may get the axe the next day. At 12 to 1 a decent bet.

I don't like props but I thought this seemed generous myself. Here is the whole list; seems like Williams is the value play here; I'm rather tempted.

Bill Callahan (Raiders) 20-1
Bill Cowher (Steelers) 5-1
Butch Davis (Browns) 5-1
Dan Reeves (Falcons) 6-1
Dave McGinnis (Cardinals) 8-1
Dave Wannstedt (Dolphins) 15-1
Dick Jauron (Bears) 3-1
Greg Williams (Bills) 12-1
Jim Fassel (Giants) 25-1
Jim Haslett (Saints) 4-1
Mike Martz (Rams) 100-1
Mike Sherman (Packers) 15-1
Steve Spurrier (Redskins) 6-1
