I predicted Kwami ---and he is in the fianl round.

In "Down To The Wire," the final four candidates were introduced to four of Trump's most trusted advisers.
The candidates were subjected to a grueling round robin of one-on-one interviews with the advisers.
After a day of interviews, the four advisers gave very frank -- and sometime brutal -- critiques of the four finalists to Trump, in front of a national audience. Then, the Donald let two people go.

Nick was fired first after Trump said his leadership abilities and work experience were lacking.

It was down to three people. Trump said that based on negative comments from his advisers, Amy was fired.

The final two were given their last tasks---the most intensive assignments they have ever faced.

Bill had to manage a golf tournament, with ex-contestants Amy, Nick and Katrina as his team to manage!

Kwame had to manage the Jessica Simpson concert in Atlantic City, with Troy, Omarosa and Heidi as his team to manage!

While Bill had has hands full with a storage problem at the tournament, Kwame had to deal with another huge controversy involving Omarosa!

Viewers will learn the results on the special two-hour live finale on April 15.

kwame should get fired for even picking omorosa. it would not surprise me at all to find out that she was put on that show to sabotage the teams she was on.

no one is that blatently irresponsible and lazy...especially when tv cameras are picking up everything.

Experts agree: 'Apprentice' finalists have right stuff
By Del Jones, USA TODAY

USA TODAY's experts have often been critical of Donald Trump, but they roundly agree with the billionaire about who should be the two finalists for his $250,000 job.
Before they knew that Trump would fire lovebirds Nick Warnock of Los Angeles and Amy Henry of Austin on Thursday's episode of NBC's hit reality show The Apprentice, the 12 experts were asked who should get the job. They weren't asked to predict who Trump would hire, but who he should hire, and they could vote for any of the 16 original.

Trump picked Kwame Jackson of New York and Bill Rancic of Chicago. Bill got five votes from the experts, Kwame four. Troy McClain of Boise, fired last week, got two votes. Amy got one.

Early on Thursday's episode Trump put the final four through job interviews and then fired Amy and Nick. Bill and Kwame then chose three teammates playground style from those fired in previous episodes to begin the last task that carries over into the final two-hour episode on Thursday.

Trump faces what leaders in business regularly face. He must make a key hire from two finalists who are bright, qualified and talented or they would not have gotten this far.

How does he choose? Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman, co-authors of the best-selling management book First, Break All the Rules: What the World's Greatest Managers Do Differently, say Trump has enjoyed a nice, long look at the candidates. He knows all he needs to about how they think, react under pressure and interact with others. Trump's job shifts from a focus on Kwame and Bill to a focus on the requirements for the position and who fits best into the Trump organization.

Buckingham, a regular viewer of The Apprentice, describes the Trump culture as on the edge. "On the edge of bankruptcy, on the edge of huge successes, on the edge of ethics," he says. Therefore Trump may have made a crucial mistake last week when he fired Troy because Troy was a "live wire." But Buckingham says a live wire would likely thrive in the Trump organization while a down-to-earth talent like Kwame would thrive at many companies, but he might wonder "What the heck am I doing here?" with Trump.

Companies consistently make the mistake of hiring the most talented people but for the wrong job, the authors say. Two nurses may be equally talented and credentialed coming out of nursing school, says Coffman, who has never watched The Apprentice. One might thrive as a pediatric nurse and the other might thrive as an emergency room nurse. But they could both fail if assigned to the other nursing job, Coffman says.

Companies that raid the sales force at another company are always baffled when people fail at the same job in the same industry but in a different culture, Buckingham says. One employee may feel micromanaged if the boss checks in once a month, another may feel ignored if the boss doesn't check in every day.

"Hiring is casting," Buckingham says. Dustin Hoffman, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro are great actors. Who gets the role depends less on their talent than the movie and the role. "Trump will hire a fully formed human being," in Bill or Kwame, Buckingham says. "He's not going to change them to suit the position. He must channel and release them for the benefit of the Trump organization."

The authors said USA TODAY's experts, as well as TV viewers, are at a disadvantage trying to decide who Trump should hire considering there's so little information about what the job requires.

When the first Bachelor aired, I thought, 'He's gonna pick the one with the biggest tits 12 shows later, Bingo he picks the one with the biggest tits. When the apprentice first aired, I thought, "The token Black African American from Harvard is going to win." We'll see.

if kwame does win, it'll only be because bill screws up worse than him on the next show. no excuse for not canning omorosa on the spot when she screwed up then lied about it.

he's a moron for picking her in the first place. the only way she would end up on my team is if she was the last one available and i was forced to take her...like the fat kid in gym class when you're choosing up teams for basketball.

All the ads have been saying the winner will be announced live, right? So how does Katrina know who the winner is? There is no comparing apples and oranges here with the two survivors performing separate tasks, so it really makes me question if she really knows the winner or if she was just yanking everyone's chain to get attention for herself.

also, I think that Kwami is the right candidate for this Trump job. I think he used to work for GS. Goldman Sachs just don't hire anybody from the street. They hire the best of the best
