The 5 or 5.5 pt favorite

Anyone have any numbers on this? This year alone i have noticed that the dog has covered at a very high perentage with those lines. Carolina today made me scratch my head with these lines. Anyone have a site with spreads and w l numbers?

Totally reminds me of when in Blackjack the dealer is showing a 2. The dealer seems like will always make a hand to beat you!.

If I see a 5 or 5.5, I will either take the dog or pass on the game.

Definitely something to watch. Always somethimg crazy in the 5 point spread games seems to happen.

I think its a subconscious thing where the public sees -5, & thinks a TD & I cover.......I don't know why -5 would dotthat for the bettor & not -4 or -6.

But you're right, a +5 to +5.5 point dog does cover quite a bit.
