when i say Friends & Family this is an Option through PP as far as the Way to send it

there's 3 options to send Money to someone, # 1 Goods & services ( the way you sent it ) * which is Wrong

#2 option is the Correct way to send. Friends and family. because there are no fees to me.

The first option comes with fees because you're buying Goods, and PP takes a fee

It's not you alone, Many many payments have comes this way this year, not sure why because most came from guys that have been in these contests for Years

Anyway, you need to re-send it.

They made changes to the site so it's not as clear as it used to be. You have to actually change the drop down box now to "sending to a friend." The family part is no longer listed. I almost missed it.

Either way, they always show you if there is a fee and how much the fee is before you send the money. Should be no excuse.

because on my laptop, you click on top " Money " that will bring you to a new page, on the left is a list, there it says, Send or Request Money

Understood but if you have a business account it defaults you to goods and services and the fee shows $0 when I send personal it defaults to friends and family. It was a quick trigger honest mistake sorry to cause you additional work betallsports. I resubmitted the payment.

Yes. They did change it, it defaults to goods and services on mobile. I think that’s where many are having problems.
