The list is total BS. I'm not saying everyone is innocent, but it really does not prove anything.

Agree 100% - I wish fans in the big markets - the fans who follow blindly like the Sox and Yanks would shut it down, and let MLB feel some kind of reprocussion.... Sox fans talk all sorts of shit about Manny, but of course Ortiz hits a HOUR today and is beloved like no other. There's no reason to REALLY clean it up unless the fans make it an issue, and so far the fans seem as morally bankrupt as the players - at least when it comes to THEIR players (I'm looking at you Boston, SF, and LA).

Couple things about this list, as I posted it in one of the threads this morning:

This list has NOT been confirmed.. however I believe this is likely it, as a lot of the names make "sense" and a lot of the players have since been confirmed as having used steroids

This list is NOT a list of every steroid user in MLB at the time of the test... players were allowed to refuse the test, so many likely candidates are not seen here. If you think that only 103 players were using steroids in 2003, you need your head examined, but I hope that some of the names listed above (Pujols, Griffey Jr in particular) are innoncent

There was no MLB steroid policy prior to 2005... at this point in time steroids were NOT banned in baseball.. you can call it cheap or a competitive advantage, but these players were just doing what was accepted within closed locker rooms. Remember, Canseco estimated that 85% of current MLB players had used at one point or another, and everything he has said so far, as big a scumbag as he is, has been fairly accurate

I happen to believe the list......all these names that are trickling out are ON that list.....no real surpirses......the thing is....this doesnt help on the ones that used it all in the 90's.....this is just ONE lists test.....Obviously there are many more guys that were out of the league by then that used IMO......everyone cant get caught.....I know if my name was on this list.....Id come out right now and just say I did it......say it before it comes out...nothing will happen to ya...and basically its all about Hall Of Fame guys.....all the journeymen guys are irrelevant........
