The Nuggets have had a rough season so far. Plagued with injuries and playing 15 road games while only having 10 home games. They are now close to 100% healthy and are in a position where they need to make a run before the all star break to get to .500. The motivation is high in a game that they can easily win. Portland has been awful on the road but did beat Denver in overtime earlier this year. They had Aminu in that game and he was a force on the glass and defense. He is likely out tonight which is key. I see Denver easily scoring 100+ and getting the win.

Atlanta Hawks +7.5

Atlanta lost by 44 points two weeks ago in Toronto but that doesn't tell the real story. They were without Paul Millsap who is probably their best player vs Toronto. Also, they were down 15 going into the 4th quarter so the coach essentially gave up the game which led to a blowout. Atlanta poses some serious matchup problems for the Raptors with Millsap in the game. Coach Budenholzer is a great coach at making adjustments. Hawks are just one game under .500 and are clearly the more motivated team tonight. The Hawks also are on 3 days rest vs Raptors 2. Hawks should hang in this game and cover. I wouldn't be surprised if they got the win.
