Cal always has trouble going on the east coast and keeping the same effort they have on the West, now they have one of their least talented teams over last 5 years. Too much to overcome.

Virginia Tech -23 (22.00/20.00)
Hokies breaking in a new QB but they won't miss the turnovers Thomas made all through his tenure. Lean on a deep running game and strong defense as always, they should win this by 4 TDs

Hawaii +17.5 (22.00/20.00)
is Washington as good as people are expecting? They have to prove it still, Chris Peterson is playing with someone else's recruits so his coaching will have much more affect in the coming years. Hawaii football program could be in trouble but the kids love playing for them with a ton of heart. They always are well prepared at home, this number is a bit too high to me, I'll take the points
