Guys I did the unthinkable, I hit my password and confirmed a play that I did not want. I entered my password hit confirm and thought all was well. I wanted a simple $10 parlay and I managed to enter a $1000, still dont know how and cant figure out how I did not focus on the number and the payout, all I saw in my brain was $10 to win $26. Until the next screen when I saw my new balance!!! I saw that my risk value had not one but two extra zeros! YIKES. I was in panic as this is no lock parlay. I called customer service right away to ask for a cancel. If not its my loss I realize that I DID hit confirm. The lines people by luck are slow and bored tonight and they had the time to look this over and cancel the play. They clearly said this seems to be an error however this is an exception. In the future all confirmed plays stand, They will not do that a second time. Everyone be careful.

thanks skybook!!! AAA+++

The difference in a rogue book, and a class operation...

I kinda had the same thing happen with Hollywood tonight, but not on that large a scale....

I made my plays on Hawaii before i left for work, small since i wouldnt be home....When i ended up getting off work early, i decided to play a little more and some first half plays as well.....I mistakenly made 2 of my plays hitting Boise St., instead of Hawaii, as the game was about to go off, and i was hurrying....I notified BJ, and he got it cxld for me, just as they kicked off....Alot of books would have said sorry, you confirmed, and the game has went off the board....But not at the CLASS books.....

Thanks again Hollywood, and kudos to Skybook as well..

Of course the Boise St. bets would have won, but it doesnt matter to me, it wasnt what i wanted, and they took care of me.....

Skybook is a class outfit through and through. I must say that it happened to me once on a 10k bet at Jazz and their owner canceled the play like the classy outfit that they are. It is nice to see that there are still books like Skybook and Jazz, etc. that treat you like more than just a #. Peace out, time for a lot of :drink: :anichamp4 :grandmais

Just like in Vegas, a sportsbook is not OBLIGATED to void a bet, but when they take the time to do so they deserve praise.
