THANKS TO BETPANAM, AND THEIR FLEX-CARD....

I PUT IN A REQUEST FOR MY FIRST WITHDRAWAL FROM PANAM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT ONLINE, FILLED OUT THE FORM, AND SUBMITTED THE REQUIRED INFO...THEIR SITE SAYS EVERYWHERE THAT THEY HAVE LIGHTNING FAST PAYOUTS....IT WAS VERY LATE SUNDAY NIGHT SO I DID NOT EXPECT IT DONE THEN, BUT WAS DISSAPPOINTED TO SEE WHEN I GOT ONLINE MONDAY THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN DONE....I WENT TO THE SITE TO THE LIVE CHAT (KINDA TICKED ALREADY) AND ASKED WHY MY WITHDRAWAL HADNT BEEN PROCESSED....I SPOKE WITH ALLISON, WHO WAS VERY NICE, AND SHE INFORMED ME I HAD SENT SOME WRONG INFO....AS IT TURNED OUT, WHEN U GET YOUR FLEXCARD, YOU GET A PASSCODE (FOR ONLINE WITHDRAWAL VERIFICATION) AND U GET A PIN-CODE TO USE AT ATMS....I GAVE THEM THE PIN CODE INSTEAD OF THE PASSWORD....THEREFORE IT WAS MY FAULT THE W/D HADNT GONE THROUGH, THEY WERE JUST WAITING FOR CORRECT INFO, WHICH I SEE NOW WAS TO PROTECT ME...I GAVE HER MY CARD NUMBER AND THE PASS-CODE, SHE ASKED MY SEC. QUESTION, AND THEN SAID THATS ALL I NEED, THE MONEY WILL BE ON YOUR CARD IN MINUTES....IT TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND THE MONEY WAS THERE....

I STOPPED AT THE ATM ON THE WAY TO WORK AND GOT MY MONEY...TOTAL COST TO W/D, $2.00.....

SO MUCH EASIER AND CHEAPER THAN WESTERN UNION.....

SO I HAVE TO SAY I AM IMPRESSED WITH BETPANAM, AND NOW IF I COULD JUST GET SCOTTY TO GET FIRST HALF, AND HALFTIME LINES ON MOST ALL COLLEGE BASKETBALL GAMES WE WILL HAVE A

I JUST CANT SEEM TO LOSE ENOUGH WITHOUT THE HALFTIME AND FIRST HALF LINES...

I haven't tried my flexcard yet ( i hope they convert the USD into proper CAD currency - anyone know if they do? Has anyone tried it here in CANADA?)

And Secondly, where would you withdraw your money from under the card - cc, savings or checking? I haven't withdrawn but i did try my card at the ATM to see if its working...

Wow thanks for the positive feedback on the stored value. Alot of our customers are using it now. Here are some simple guidelines in using it.


USING YOUR CARD
(See Fees and Charges)
1. Get Cash at ATM’s - Insert your card into the ATM and enter your 4-digit PIN. Choose “Checking” when prompted and follow the instructions.
2. Make Purchases (get cash back) at Retail Locations - Swipe your card in the machine, select “debit”, and enter your 4-digit PIN. Follow the instructions.


3. Place phone calls or call Customer Service - Dial the toll-free number found on the back of your card.
• Place a Phone Call - Press 1. Enter your 16-digit Card Number when asked for your PIN number. Then follow the instructions.
• Customer Service - Press 2 for a live operator.
• Access Account - Press 3 and use the automated telephone system. You will be asked for your 16-digit Card Number

4. Account access via the Internet - Go to www.fsvpaymentsystems.com and select Account Access. Choose an item on the menu bar to proceed. For example, choose “Card Activity” and enter your 16-digit Card Number (or you can also enter the 10-digit Card ID number located in the lower right corner of the front of your Card) to log in. You will then be asked to enter your 4-digit Pass Code.

You may view your account balance, transaction history, or benefit plan information. You may also transfers funds to another account, ACH funds from a your checking account, or update your personal information.

The Customer Service number for FlexCard is 1-800-578-2968 and is listed on the back of the card.

You may also call BetPanam Customer Service at 800-810-8603 if you have any questions.

actually, if im not mistaken Scotty, when i chose checking it said invalid transaction, so i went back in and chose credit card withdrawal, and it worked fine...I may be wrong but i dont think i am.....I know it said invalid first time, and i am pretty sure i chose c/c the second time, and it worked fine...

I signed up with them this week and I agree but the limits are what I question the most. The limit is $300 on sides and $200 on totals at halftime. Their website lists them as being $500. I called and spoke with a manager and he said the limits were recently changed but not updated on the website. I wish they would increase the limits.

As far as payouts, I've heard good things. I am requesting one tomorrow and expect it to be "lightning fast".

Oh, and Allison was very courteous and helpful to me as well.

U may be right Lander, maybe its different at different atm's.....doesnt really matter, if one doesnt work, try the other..

either way, u will get your money fast, and easy..thats what i like....

now get those first half lines....
