I posted three plays today in the horse forum and hit a 9-1 winner on a horse named birdseed at Woodbine. However when I made the bet it was 1min 49 sec. before race and not the two minute rule. To make a long story short after numerous return emails we worked out an agreement..It was obvious the bet was made before the race and a discreancy like that was worked out nicely....This is what was said..
Ok Brad,
First, let me explain the 2 minutes rule. Your horse wagers must be in PRIOR to 2 minutes to post for action, seconds do not count. If the post time for a race is 2:15, your wager has to be time stamped at 2:12 for you to have action, if it is stamped at 2:13, 2:14 or 2:15, the wager will automatically be graded as a push/cancel. We use the results posted at www.equibase.com, www.tsnhorse.com and www.drf.com for grading purposes.
I will pay you for the wager in question because you are a new customer and it is evident that there was some misunderstanding/ miscalculation of the 2 minute guide. This payment will be granted on the condition that in future, you adhere to the rules as outlined online and explained above. If you agree, let me know and I will credit the account the winnings.
Regards,
Margaret
