Heritage Sports sent me a very nice christmas basket full of goodies along with a $200 Bonus Play, as a christmas present. I already turned the Bonus Play into over a dime, and I have no doubt whatsoever Heritage will pay me within minutes via neteller when I ask for it.

Very, nice gesture from what I honestly consider to be the best customer service in the offshore industry.

Wow, it's funny how they can send out baskets but still can't give the cash back on their players accounts from their 15-15-15 promo.
