The other guy is getting hitters out so they bring this two legged Bozo in the bottom of the 8th up 6-1. No one on and 1 out, probably just to give him two outs to get some work in. Even Mesa can finish from here right? Well two outs and two runs later my under is no longer any good.

Don't get why they bring him in? The other guy has a much lower ERA and is the better pitcher. Gets the first hitter out in the inning without a problem. Why bring in Mesa then? Why not let the other guy finish the inning. First hitter lead off triple......

Oh well a push beats a loss. Feel like I was kissing my sister for the last three hours though....

Not because I had the other side, but there were ample scoring opps in that game. Bases loaded no out, man on second TWICE with no out and the top of the order up. GL. Hope you pushed, there was a lot of 9 out there by early afternoon.

Good luck patrick. I must agree, Mesa really is a piece of shit, though, and if I had the other side, I would be heated too.

I can't stand Mesa. I used to bite my nails every time he pitched as a Mariner fan. I was shocked when Bowa made him the closer. I like Bowa, but I don't know what he sees in that guy.
