For the tremendous holiday gift basket! There must be at least $100 worth of snacks in it.

Heritage continues to blow me away with their customer service. For example, I put in a neteller req. for a couple of dimes last week and they filled it before I could even send them the e-mail putting them on notice of my request.

They give me so many perks it is incredible...lots of bonuses, promotional items and just all around good c.s.

They are not well known but they are solid and treat everyone with nothing but respect..top notch, at least that s my experience!!

Recieved one as well, plus they give players a Bonus Play around Christmas, I think they gave me a $500 Bonus Play last year.

I have said it before but their customer service is unmatched in the industry.
