TFZ or similar thread idea/question

I could care less about any of the drama that goes on down here or anywhere on this site. I frequent this site to share and gather information to help me win. The TFZ thread that we had down here was an extremely informative thread highlighted by bookmakers such as Dime, DickyW, Intruder, Keith, and there are others upstairs such as Slim, Judge, and others(sorry if I left you out) that do the same thing. Some people do not take this information into their handicapping but many such as myself do. Public perception and consensus data is an important factor in my handicapping and I think it is awesome that these guys take the time to log on here and volunteer their data. These guys collectively win poster of the year as far as I am concerned.

I'll get to my point. I think we should have a thread similar to the one that Raiders created. Many of you that had your differences with Raiders probably even thought the thread was helpful. Since it is not sport specific, the RR was a good place. I got the impression yesterday we were going to drop this concept but I think in some form, especially on Thursdays and Sat-Monday night this would be helpful to all of us.

I would appreciate feedback from Mods, Dime, Keith, Intruder, Slim, etc., and anyone else for opinions on this.

RR was the most informative thread in here. If you can start up another version of something similar, I'd definitely look forward to it.

You need to limit who post in it and what they post, most of the guys that did it last year knew what a bad bet was and would never post it.It was pretty self-moderated posters knew if they started messing with it there would be 15 guys flaming that person all over th forum. You can't do that now. It was a very good thread, if you knew what you were doing.

JW & drunkguy - thanks for the response. I am a little concerned that the Mods have so far ignored my request to move this to the RR. My fault that I posted in wrong forum anyway. Bottom line is this forum is about sharing info to help make $$. Those of us who appreciated and profited from that thread should continue it in some form. Everyone here is in this to make money while enjoying sporting events so I will attempt to begin a similar thread and I expect it will be respected.

I'm a big believer in the contrarian theory. I'll continue to post, I won't be around Saturday at all though.

Lopsided action on CSU late....Clemson was needed in the early game.

My information comes from local books, small but basically losing players.
