Steve Turners picks

Sure not trying to run you off. I know some posters can get carried away. That is one of the reasons i cant post, the other being it is a little hard to answer 8 phones and type. I am wondering , maybe someone sold you a bag of goods on Texas Sports wire, granted he has had some runs, but the last i checked he was still cold. He is in my area, and he is a joke around here.He has taken many to the poor house, between posting losers and recommending bad off shore shops that have gone under. Later Buddr4

The Best handicapper is yourself, with that in mind my 2 best for this week are Texas Tech -4.5 and Mississippi State +5.

Actually, Steve Turner (TSW) in college football this season is 37-20 (65%) for +57 units. Not exactly what I'd call cold.

I believe his updated record is 45-24 in college football Reb. Again though it's from the Sports Monitor and if I remember correctly they are not exactly on the up and up.

I mean every single tout/capper is over 52 percent in college football for the season. Either they're all that good....or something is rotten in Denmark. ;)

I could give you his record game by game, week by week, but it's not that big of a deal. The point is made with either record. Turner is a consistent and dependable capper.

It is far from true, however, that every football capper is over 52%. Many are embarrassingly below 50%. If you're looking at Sports Monitor, maybe they only mention the records of those above 52%.

And, as far as that goes, there is plenty that is rotten in the state of Denmark:nono5:

I agree with you. I think you and I have enough of a mutual respect for each other here on this site to know our numbers would be legitimate. I was just remembering the monitors being questioned in the past and some of them came up faulty. I couldn't remember if that monitor was one of the bad ones or not.

This is where I got the numbers from.
