I have seen many posters post over the past couple weeks about books disrespecting the Rangers all season. They are all right. Anyone able to explain why?

Any insight on your statement HC? Like Tanaka in this spot?

It's more a case of not having any faith in Nick Martinez yet.

2 starts this year
10.3 innings
12 hits
5 walks, 3 K's
7 ER

I can't back that on the road against Tanaka.

Fair enough, but are those terrible numbers with the Rangers hitting well? I mean the +160 reflects what you state. That being said I did not talk myself into playing it. Hope ya cash brother!

All the Rangers do is Win. Period. They are 20-6 this month. They went 8-2 L10 before June. 28-8 last 36. Jeeezus. They are seriously an organization that wants to win every game. No comeback is to big. I'm pretty sure they lead the league in comebacks wins this season. They grind and hit and score and win. And they lines for Tex during this span have been a joke. Total disrespect. I think they get off on the no respect factor. Line is about right tonight vs Tanaka at -160. Rangers want to win this game. That's the point. They want to truly win every game and will give 100%. I think they are on a mission to just WIN. And that's exactly what they've been doing. I think they win tonight again.

Last time Texas was a -160 dog was when they beat Carlos Martinez of STL 3.02 ERA. Tanaka owns a 3.01 ERA.

Rangers have outscoted Yanks 16-7 last 2 games IN NY.
