Texas is ranked 5th?

I don't get it. This team is ranked in the top 10 EVERY YEAR to start the year. This team cannot even execute a pass play. Which leads me to wonder...how is Oklahoma ranked 2nd?

Wow...I don't know how any coach or media-type could watch Texas and not think of at least 20 teams that are better. That may be the worst QBacking I have ever seen in Division I.

If Jason White gets a single Heisman vote I'll laugh. He was and is a complete non-factor on that team. But that runningback Peterson is a STUD

Man I mention it every year, pollsters love the B12, B10, and SEC conferences. Teams like Texas, Mizou, KSU, A&M, all were ranked in the polls and highly. That's why I have said for years that polls should not come out until 1st week of October.

Texas stays in the BCS chase...only dropping to 11th. Man some people have their head up their asses when they vote. I wish Texas played in the Pac 10, because they would battle UCLA for 5th place....or Ohio State for 5th in the Big 12, or South Carolina for 6th in the SEC, or....

Hey Texas Fan...sorry, but you guys have one brutal QB and Head Coach. Good thing you get to play Baylor, North Texas, Texas Southwestern, East Texas Tech Institute every year to pad those win totals.

EGD it's called protecting your QB. Remember this guy is coming off 5 or 6 knee operations. Privately they hoped he went pro so they could play the kid on the bench. They have a QB in waiting that is dynamite, only problem, you can't bench the heisman winner.
