texas really needed this game to stop the skid and make a move towards tournament time, they had a double digit lead in the 2h, but didnt seem to have the heart to close the game out.
should have known this before the game though. only reason i didn't fade them is because nebraska isn't really that good either
texas is not a good team. the big 12 is terrible. oklahoma is not a top 10 team, mizzou is barely top 20, if that and they are the second best team in the conference. kansas is maybe third, but texas could beat them.
i don't know about that. they are clearly way above the rest of the big 12 but that's a very weak conference.
i would take pitt, uconn, ville, ucla, and unc over them on a neutral at -6 or lower. oklahoma could get upset early in the tournament depending on the bracket
i wont say griffen isn't a monster because he is. but the other teams have MUCH better players around their star big man. oklahoma has some decent kids that might be playing well, but nobody like fields/young or lawson/ellington/green or williams/clark or collison/aboya/drakovic(sp).
i just think those teams have much better overall teams, even if oklahoma has the best player in the nation.
