Tex/Oak insight?

Ive looked around and noticed two pretty good systems have the over in this game and i swear oakland cant score and texas has been shutting people down while not being to great on O themselves any thought.

I know millwood is 0-6 in his last 6 but smith is pretty good last time i watched him just really need some more thoughts

millwood is due for a strong outing. even if he struggles a bit the a's bats are noth hitting right now,texas playing well last couple of games
