This might be dumb but why dont the terrorist do what the washington sniper did, why dont they just set up snipers all accross the country in newyork boston philly dc miami dallas LA and chicago and just start shooting people on the same day that would totally disrupt the country? Or send suicide bombers into malls and blow themselves up? There would be no way to stop them are they just not smart enought to figure that out or do they just destroy symbolic things like buildings?
