A) Terrorism is not exactly political violence. Terrorism can be based on religious ideology which is most often the case in the Middle East.

A woman is dead, and at least 5 are in critical condition. If you witness a murder, do you have to wait for the police to conduct their instigation before you are a witness to a murder?
