You do realize that this is 2008 and that was 2005, right? USC is an SEC team that happens to play on the west coast. They have enough speed.

Pryor will be a factor, but not the x-factor that will decide the game. That is ridiculous and it's stupid to say USC doesn't have the speed. USC has more speed than probably the entire SEC. What does the NC game in 2005 have to do with this game also? Completely different team here so that game means absolutely nothing. Ohio St covers and possibly even wins, but not for the ridiculous statement you're saying here.

Pryor is an amazing athlete that will excel at the college level and probably in the NFL too. This statement is ridiculous, especially after watching him play what, 5 plays?

ohio state football is completely overhyped on all levels. pryor did nothing against OHIO UNIVERSITY of note, chris wells isnt half the star espn hypes him up to be giving updates every minute on his little foot injury (cant wait to see maulauga and cushing break his face mask), and of course the big game choker head coach jim douchebag tressell...cannot wait to see USC dismantle the buckeyes

Now, they have had problems in the past containing mobile QB's, but it's not because of a lack of team speed. It's because their LB's are overaggressive. OSU would be stupid not to run a bunch of misdirection and spread formations with Pryor back there.

USC does not have the best team speed. Florida does and it's really not close at all.

That being said, even though it was years ago and a totally different team so it's not relevant anyway.....Vince Young did not burn them, he ran over them. It wasnt the speed that gave them problems.

not exactly sure how you can call Pryor the "x factor" when Tressel was obviously scared to play him in the Ohio University game when they were trailing. if you dont have confidence to play him at home vs a MAC school, he is in for a rude awakening when he goes into the Coliseum against the best coach in the nation in gameplanning, especially giving him 2 weeks to prepare.
