not sure if it will happen but if the line gets pushed out to 7 ill be on tennessee pretty heavily. vols are very much equal to auburn and capable of winning the game. tigers off an extremely tough loss as well. thats harder to bounce back from than the mistake-filled vols effort vs florida. will probably try some tenn moneyline as well.

People betting on Tennessee might as well give their money to charity. If AU comes to play at all UT wont score more than a TD.

i think it will happen prod and if you get on tenn then i may tag along. from my uneducated view auburn should be able to shut the tennessee offense down more effectively than florida. and they put up 400 yards on LSU which tells me they can move the ball against tennessee.

but this is why i tail in college football.

welcome to my island. this is where my head was at when looking at the board for the first time. auburn at home better D than florida and auburn only put 6 points up against them... given that was partially a product of turnovers.

Tennessee should not have lost like they did saturday. Dumb mistake after dumb mistake. That being said, they suck on the road, simply awful, cant see them scoring much but Auburn is a tough team to play a td with.

i think they made those mistakes because they are poor players who are poorly coached, and that was at HOME!

but give them two touchdowns in the florida game they still lose by 10 at home.

I like UT in this spot, they were humiliated at home and they can put up some points. If I recall, they actually outgained Florida, the just made a lot of mistakes. Auburn on the other hand I don't think has the offense to lay 6 or 7 against a solid SEC opponent.

auburn has a better D than florida so the argument that they could move the ball at home against a worse defensive team as opposed to a better defensive team on the road does not hold much water.

also auburn did not humiliated at home, lets not be too dramatic... losing by one score to a better team is not humiliating.. it sucks sure but lets not over exaggerate to justify a wager.

number is at 6.5 tenn backers.

Coming off a tough loss is what Im looking at. They won't lose two in a row IMO.

Two things IMO

1 - I dont think they are capable of scoring a lot. They haven't shown it at all

2 - UF had a lot of hidden ydg due to bug returns and turnovers. Brandon James had about 150yds in returns so add that to UFs O total and it isnt so close anymore.

I haven't seen what I need to see out of Crompton yet. I cannot back Tenn until I do. He has only thrown a TD pass (2) in one game, and that is against UAB.

The AU-LSU game was not as impressive as it looked. Auburn mustered up 3 points against a shitty Miss State team. Then they go and play LSU and score against one of the toughest defenses in college football now.

The UT-Auburn game will be a close call. Auburn is still trying to implement the spread offense and will have some problems in doing so. I wont play this game, but if I had to I would play Auburn-ML.

Crompton is a terrible QB. He is slow and makes slow reads. The only thing UT has that will give Auburn fits is a good running game. They have a stable of 3 backs that can pound between the tackles and wear out the Auburn defense.
UT seems to be reeling right now and I am not sure they are where they need to be mentally. The mistakes they made against UF were dumb and immature. Fumbles, penalties, INT's,,,etc. Its not the turnovers that caused them to self destruct, it was the way they executed them. Fumbling on the goal line and throwing into coverage are mistakes that will get you killed 30-6 and quiet your stadium enough to hear a pin drop.

It's the SEC. So, anything can happen, of course...

That having been said...Auburn is at home. Their offense is improving. It's still not Florida's offense, but it's improving.

The last time Tennessee was on the road it didn't work out too well. They managed to lose to UCLA just before the Bruins went to BYU and got blown out 59-0.

Mentally, I think Tennessee's loss to Florida where they just simply weren't competitive is a bigger blow to a team's psyche than losing on a last minute TD the way Auburn lost to LSU.

I'm backing the War Eagles...

I think Tennessee will struggle to stop Auburn's running game and I also think that Auburn will run all over UT.

Now you have clock issues favoring Auburn.

The way Tenn is playing right now it appears that Fulmer will be gone after this season and there is no way I would Take Tennessee in this game. Auburn wins, the only question is if they win it by a td. I will be using Auburn on the ML in my parlays this week.
