once again - chuck is dead on - so far. ole miss a relatively easy winner.

in this matchup - esposito is in trouble.

sevransky is 4-1 w/a BB win. he is in a good position to "shut out" esposito sunday if he goes 2-0.

esposito is 0-2 w/5 pix left. he must go 5-0 to realistically have a chance. if he loses his BB of MY broncos +3.5 - he is done since the best he could finish is 4-3 but w/a BB loss (compared to sevransky's BB win).

gotta think sevransky wins this one - but YOU NEVER KNOW!

Chuck couldn't pick winners even if he were reading straight from Baxter and Walters college sheets at the SuperHilton phone banks.

He may have been Manteris' boy at Hilton, but he isn't a capper, he's a cut-off & comp'er.

Give me the laying 11/10 guy over the taking 11/10 guy most every time in a pickin' contest, unless in some cases it's a former player type(The Greek,etc..).

The Stardust host asked Esposito a few questions about how much was the biggest bet Caesar's ever booked.

He replied: "Well we first consider who is trying to make the play (I can't help wondering if he was eyeing Lem & Ted)

who could can flat out kick his arse.

He did go on to say they booked a few very large 6-figure plays, almost 7 figures.

When Manteris was in charge, the Hilton was a player, and took plays from "movers and shapers" on phone accounts, the last change/going-off numbers on west coast NBA games during the "Chinaman" era usually were solid, and could be followed for some last second winners.

Football-helmet chairs and Heinkens make for a nice setting..great place.

Hilton is such a frickin joke now, you can't even get a score there! What is up with that TV screen scrolling with a line that isn't always current and not a list of scores to be found?

If you go to the LV Hilton and have made a bet there are two ways to find out the score, either try to cash the ticket and see if it says you get paid or do what the tellers tell you "hey buddy, we got ESPN2 on the biggest screen for a reason, there's your score service!" with all the charm of a cab driver. Can't believe how pathetic that place is, although admit it is quite a nice layout and the parking is usually easy.
