This won't happen in a MILLION years, but would work out great for all teams mentioned.
Indy would benefit because they get rid of QB controversy, select Luck first overall, and get additional picks/players from Broncos.
Jax benefits because they are in rebuilding mode, and have the worst attendance problem in league. Regardless if Tebow is a long-term NFL starter, him returning to Florida IMMEDIATELY gets people back in the seats. They have already given up on Gabbert, who showed no progression and got benched. They are already rumored to be looking at QBs in this draft. This would prevent them from having to spend a lot of money on an unsure draft pick, and further the Tebow experiment and put fans in the seat.
Denver benefits possibly the most. Elway and Fox no longer have to deal with the Tebow attention, and get a Hall of Fame QB to help bring up whoever their QB of the future is, either this season or next.
This type of deal would never happen, though, in my opinion.
