Oh I am pretty sure he will get in some sort of trouble. Whether he did something wrong or not is debatable (I don't believe he did) but I bet they have protocols for not getting physically involved or potentially harming a student to protect themselves legally.

For instance here in NYC, a MTA worker can be disciplined (even terminated) for interveining & stopping someone from getting beat up or robbed for instance.

I understand that & like I said I don't feel he did anything wrong. I just know a lot of places seem to favor protocol (regardless of how ridiculous it might be > reality / common sense.
