Jack OTE does in fact stand for other then early. A race can only be won 2 ways 1 being by a horse going wtw or2 a horse coming from off the pace. The running styles off the horses in the race determines which scenario will win the race.

Jimmy the Hat Bradshaw perfected the matchup. He was called a voodoo handicapper by many mainstream folks such as Beyer, Mitchell etc. I was fortune enough to be counted as one of his friends. The matchup is not easy to learn fortunately Jimmy programmed it into most of the Docs programs including RDSS. Most people
including myself rely on the program. The Sartim Methodology is velocity and energy base things the mainstream totally ignored except for those who pirated outdated material which they petal to their customers.
