I realize the books are sick of the chalk winning so we're seeing highly inflated lines but this line makes little sense.
Dallas has been underachieving the past few weeks and TB is still very much undervalued. TB's defense has turned from a
complete joke into a solid group. I expected a 4 on this game...maybe a 5 but it was 8 at 5Dimes when it opened yesterday and 7.5 can be
had currently. TB offense is quite balanced with good RBs, a top WR and a steady TE. Even Aguayo has gone from disaster
to reliable (though still a joke as a 2nd round pick....)

Thoughts?

I like how you think. But who knows how Dallas will bounce back after a loss. They will play hungry.

Tampa coming into Dallas winning 5 in a row and are also 4-1 on the road this year. Defense has been really good during 5 game winning streak. Think Tampa is a very live dog here. Does Dallas have a hangover after very physical Giants game?

5 Dimes is a square book & Dallas is a public team. This says Pinnacle opened at 7:

Dallas was on the road the last two games vs teams with good defenses in cold or lousy weather conditions.
They went 1-1. At home they are 5-1.

Overall Dallas is 11-2 vs TB 7-5.

How much is HFA worth? 4 points? If the line were then -4 that would suggest TB is just as good a team
as Dallas on a neutral field.

If the line were -4 the books would get mostly Dallas action when they want equal on both sides.

This will be Tampa Bay's toughest road test of the year.

The Giants have Dallas's number, and now so does everybody else. Dak Prescott is short. Keep him in the pocket and he can't see and he can't scramble. Dallas may be wild card seed #5 and the Giants could easily be the number 1 seed.

Tampa Bay is far from "a bad team in hiding". They have shut down Seattle and New Orleans and the offense is explosive with Winston scrambling and Mike Evans is ine of the best possesion receivers in the league. Tampa Bay winning outright this week wouldnt be a shocker to me at all !

I was thinking 6. TB doesn't match up here as well as NYG with those fat guys in the middle.TB still seems to make a 1 or 2 dumb mistakes every game weather it's Winston throwing a pick in the end zone or Huff trying to field a bouncing punt at the 1.
