i have worked all year , was lucky enough to hit a couple of irs signers at the track , and the govt took 25% off the top, but i have lost alot along the way and i would have proof to show my losses and i should be able to get back the money the irs took IF they dont pull some bullshit that they cant give refunds back. i am talking about several thousand dollars and i am worried i wont see it

Why? Because he doesn't pay INCOME TAXES he instead pays CAPITAL GAINS taxes. His secretary draws an income and since we have an ancient tax system she will pay a higher %. But the two aren't the same.
